Day 3 - Tuesday 14 July

As usual, the day started early. We had our usual breakfast and headed to the office. My daily booster!

Meeting and presentations started right on time and today, it was more tiring than ever. Everyone was given heavy responsibilities on some tasks and no one was spared. All of us, though from different countries and culture, worked together to brainstorm on ideas and procedures that would be adaptable by our own country. Not easy.. but I must be proud to say, the team work was amazing.
.
Some took out the lappie and got right on to work and some, meticulously checking through every points made were relevant and most of all, adaptable and agreeable.
.
Before we knew it, it was Lunch time.
.
Our wonderful HK colleagues called in lunch. I thought it was a brilliant idea! This could save us time on travelling and the conference could start right on time after that. Today, they ordered pizza, pasta, wongs and we also has fresh fruits. I realized these couple of days, they have been serving us cherries.. I wonder if these were in season. The cherries were pretty and definitely SWEET. Yummy.

Lunch like these were also opportunities for all of us to get to know each other better; families, hobbies, our own countries and etc.

After lunch, meeting went on. It was a short afternoon as there was a good dinner planned tonight. We were going to The Peak. *woohoo!*
.
All of us took different cabs and head to the Peak Tram Station. There was a Queue yet again.. seemed like its crowded everyday.. I remembered it was crowded when I came with j just half a year ago...

The Queue was long though not a weekend.

Though the queue was long, this time I managed to get myself seated in the tram to experience it a different way. The last trip it was more packed that I had to stand all the way up to the Peak.

We had some time for everyone to move around and take pictures before the sun sets. Everyone took the opportunity to go around with their cameras. Here's the boring and huge Peak Mall, or was it the Peak Shopping Centre... whatever.
This building is where we'd be having our dinner.. look at the restaurant on the ground level, that was where we'd be.

Dinner started late. But it was Good and as always, sumptuous.

There were planned programs after dinner. We were given 2 choices - to follow a group to Lum Kuai Fong where the happening night scenes are.. or follow the other group to take a cruise ride back to Kowloon island. Hahaha! I felt kind of trapped. I'd rather sleep than go to any pubs or discos or KTV, and I'd rather die than take a bost, ship, cruise, ferry!

Lucky for me! Everyone was tired and just wanted to go back to their hotel to rest. So, all of us took cabs and headed back to our hotels.

The day ended the moment we were back in the hotel. I took my shower, have a short catch up with J and went on to bed.
