Everything on this trolley were mine! The huge yellow luggage and more! *blush*
.
Our wonderful HK colleagues were so kind to accommodate to our requests and brought us to visit a few stores on HK island.
.
HK island is so different from Kowloon. Here, everything looks commercialized and lack nostalgia. In Kowloon, buildings are older and feels more like we are indeed, away from home. HK island is very much like SIngapore.
.
A few snaps of Hong Kong Island
.
We were tired and some, famished by the time our visits ended, our HK leader brought us to a very authentic HK Cha Can Teng at a rundown corner, which I loved, and left. They have put in so much to arrange this conference trip for all of us. THANK Y'ALL!!!
.
I was not hungry, but had to eat as they were so authentically cooked. It was GOOD though. Perhaps everything consumed on holidays always tasted better though they may be ordinary stuff? :)
We sat and chilled and then walked a long way to get cabbies to go to the station where we decided to take the Airport Express to the Airport.
.
When we arrived at the airport, we had a quick lunch. I had Ajisen Ramen, Bad! Bad noodles and bad service too! So angry with them. Not worth mentioning here.
.
As it was still 2 hours plus away from our flight time, I was determined to find a place to chill. I found this uninteresting BUT quiet-enough cafe where I could sit and chill out.
I sat there happily, in peace and while my time away with a cuppa and a cake. :)
My happy moments.
.
Hahaha! But all is good. Here's leaving you with a picture of me, being all royal, from the lobby of Luxe Manor.
GOodbye Hong Kong, till then.
.
In summary, the trip was a good one. I have learnt alot from colleagues from Australia, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Taiwan. I hope the meeting will be held in Taiwan next! :)
.
Till next trip.. Have a good day everyone and hope your every trip is a fun and fruitful one.
And I knew J will be there at the airport waiting for me. *love and happiness*
