A River Runs Through It...

This is, by far, the most we have spent on accommodation on any of our trips to anywhere... because it was only for ONE night, the husband decided to pamper me.. *smiles*

Welcome to Hilton, Pattaya.

The concept exhibited infront of my eyes... was like water and waves and diamonds... everywhere in hotel.. there seems to have 'a river that runs through it' and there are water everywhere... :) Lovely.

Our room was on the 24th... so you can imagine the spectacular sea view we'd enjoyed!

I've always loved see-through bathrooms! And this bathroom was huge right behind our bed.

A pretty round loveseat that we could sink in and swivel sits gracefully at the corner of the room leading us to the balcony door.

The shower area could easily house 8-10 persons as if in a lift and was concealed by a shared sliding door with the WC.

The pool and little corners we explored! Aren't they gorgeous?

The pool was designed cleverly with it visually merging with the sea a distant away though it was on the 16th floor, borderless.

The following pictures show the Lobby Lounge.. pretty! Looking somewhat like little floaties on water were actually seats.. can you imagine this lounge under the star light????

Each of these was big enough for at least 3-4 persons. Very cool ya?

We felt we didn't have enough time to spend in Pattaya but this was his first time here. I took him to the ever-famous Walking Street where the city's nightlife comes springing famously into life.

WE spent a lot of time in the mall below the hotel and caught a movie at midnight.

We had a good time in Pattaya, though short.
