The company booked for us.. Luxe Manor Hotel that sits within the buzzling Tsim Tsha Tsui - on Kimberly Street! It looked really tiny when I was standing across the street peering. BUT, I fell in love with it the moment I stepped foot in!
The couch you see below.... well-upholstered on a classic arm chair with elaborate wood carving details.. with LAO FU ZI fabric?!!! *lol*
The vibrant reddish and gold color that were so rich and opulence coupled with the classy tinge of Victorian elaborated details! 
Lotsa lush drapes, red, black and gold! LOVE IT!

My room mate complained the room was tiny. I didn't think so, there were 2 single beds, a comfy chair at one corner, a nice writing table, a TV wall, a wardrobe... a washroom.. so, why would it be considered small????? The furniture are slightly on the bulk side as they were curvy and Victorian... I found the room size pretty cozy in fact. If you are planning to go to Hong Kong, try this hotel. (directly across Kimberly Hotel)..

Another great service they provided was the nice housekeeping people leaves pretty pastries in our room everyday after they tidied it; bite sized brownies, cookies, muffins, shortcakes etc....
As you could also see, the room was not a bright room but a perfect comfortably-litted one!
