Bangkok Bangkok Here I Come again...

We, as in Jason & me, were pretty fortunate to be able to set foot into Bangkok again barely half a year after we went last Sept. Though my previous short trip with the company was not counted as a 'holiday'.
.
& I knew Jason did not have enough of Bangkok the last time. Thanks to his brother, H (I promised I would not expose any of his pics nor his name, so, he shall be named 'H'), for willingly paying for our airfare & accommodation - though it didn't feel good accepting but I guessed it was, after all, pretty worth it. I saw them bond as a family which I have yet seen they did in Singapore.
.
I still don't know if this trip would eventually caused disruptions to our planned budget for the year - we shall wait & see when all bills & reality set in - right now, I just want to have a break & getaway too & bearing in mind with what my mum & Shumin said, don't stress with the money - instead take this time to bond with my new 'family'.
.
Jason's mum & youngest brother (shall name him 'K' for their privacy) have not been on a plane before, so I could actually feel the excitement like I did when I first took a flight to Kuching many many years ago. For Jason & I, we'd rather helped his brother save costs & volunteered taking a budget flight instead & would meet up with the family in Bangkok.
.
We booked a flight on Jetstar bounding for BAngkok 17 April. Both is us took a half-day leave from work & met at the airport after that. Of course, we had too much time on our hands, too much. Here, some of the things we could do while waiting....

.
He read & read & read while I whine & whine & daydream away.. what could I do??
.
We went to Fish & Co for .. I still don't know if it should be considered lunch of dinner.. we went for a MEAL. *smiles* With my diet-program going on, I could only eat fish & vegetables.. Jason's been understanding so far - he ate the rest.

Oh, I must comment that I really love Fish & Co. Rice.. the one with raisins.. I only took 2 spoonfuls of them.. sigh.. we ordered my favourite Wrasse Fillet with Rice + additional serving of Chips for the man.
.
After that we roamed around the airport before we finally got onto the plane.. while waiting, here are more pics.
.

I am so in love with taking pictures of things.. haha! This pic told of the difference between Men & Women... Iced Water & Warm Water! Men like theirs iced.
.
a nice record of our e-ticket.
.
After much fooling around & getting really tired of waiting.. we got on the plane..
.
this was also the very first time I took my camera with me on a plane.. I usually only bring along the faithful camera-phone which, unfortunately, must be shut off on the airplane..
.
On the flight, I was so bored I could go crazy. I hate flights. So I snapped & snapped pictures of Jason reading & trying to study ... for flying an airplane... *giggles*.. before long.. he snoozed off, as usual.
.
When we arrived at Bangkok International Airport, I was tired. We took a cab to the Bliston Suwan Park View where we were supposed to put up for the next few days. The cabby didn't know the place & we kinda went round & round. But it was alright, he was a nice man though burly & hunky, stopped along roadside to ask for directions yet very patient & polite towards us though we barely understood each other.
.
We put down our things & walked to Amarin Plaza near the Erawan Shrine for a quick bite, I was so sleepy by then.
.
Then we went to the Erawan Shrine for a quick prayer.. I think Jason needed this.
.
We went back to the apartment & his family finally arrived. I couldn' t remember much after that I guessed I was half-dead keeping myself awake.
